1. Domestic Shipping:

• Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹500.

• For orders below ₹500, shipping fee will be ₹26 and it will goes upto 200 its depend on distance.

2. International Shipping:

• Shipping charges vary based on the destination and weight of the package. These will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delivery Timelines

1. Domestic Orders:

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days.

• Expedited delivery (if available): 2–3 business days.

2. International Orders:

• Delivery timelines vary between 10–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. For customized or bulk orders, processing may take longer, and we will inform you accordingly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to receive, or other issues, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date to file a claim. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
